Funding Requests & Allocations

All deadlines are 11:59pm ET, unless otherwise specifically stated.

 

April 15th

  • 2019-2020 groups’ budget proposal applications will open. For your group’s application to be considered complete we ask you to fill out two forms, the Budget Allocation Request and the Budget Proposal. These documents will be made available to you all via e-mail April 15th with instructions.

May 15th

  • In order for groups to remain eligible for funding next school year IGB budget proposal applications will be due no later than May 15th. (If received after this date we can not guarantee your group will receive funding moving forward.)

June-August

  • All group accounts will be audited for the 2018-2019 school year and your IGB treasurer will be working diligently on allocating monies based on your group's historical spending and any remaining balances from previous years.

August 26th

  • 2019-2020 budget allocations will be released. At this time please review to double check your clubs information to make sure everything checks out. If any questions arise please reach out.
